"The house is beautiful, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and the location is perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach and village restaurants. (About a 10 min. walk with a sidewalk on the one side of rte 9) The only downside was the back lawn and side lawn were not mowed, however, we spent most of the time at the beach. (It was an early season rental date, property management is working on lawn service steps for future renters). I would definitely stay here again!"

"The house and location were perfect for 5 retired guys fishing on beautiful Schroon lake. It was easy to rent a pontoon boat at the marina and the house was very comfotable and well equipped . The kitchen was fairly new and the bedrooms were large with 3 of them having there own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs shared a bathroom. I would recommend this property for friends or a family . The fishing was also pretty good and there is a nice beach for swimming . Brian C"

"Very nicely renovated. There is no food or beverage available after 9:00. No snack machines or anything so just plan accordingly. After night #1 I made a plan. AC was a little dysfunctional, and my window was screwed shut. Bring a screw gun if you want fresh air (I was on the 2nd floor). "
