"Laura's place is a gem and she is a terrific hostess. It is within walking distance to Good Harbor beach and drivable to all sorts of fun outings. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 - our four kids and to of their partners. The living area space, deck, and kitchen allowed for both full group moments and one on one time. Laura recently redid the kitchen and it was terrific. We highly recommend making pancakes on the stovetop griddle. Thanks for a great weekend in this special home."

"This property is wonderful, clean and has an excellent outdoor space. It is on a VERY busy road and the driveway is hard to get in/out of. Close to everything!! We loved the remodeled character of the house and the Kitchen is great!"

"As I stated in the guest book, this was our first time to the New England area. Took in all the sights, sounds, shopping and great food! The locals are warm and welcoming! The Periwinkle Cottage certainly didn’t disappoint. Everything was quaint, clean and charming; well thought out and stocked. I would highly recommend!!"

"This is such a cute and quaint property in a beautiful location! It was so relaxing to enjoy morning coffee on the back deck while watching the wide variety of birds coming and going. "Had a wonderful stay by the beach with 2 grandkids. They were able to run to the beach on their own and play outside in this very private neighborhood. Home had beach vibes and Diane was a lovely host."

"Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with us using our coastal row boats from their dock. The tide swings greatly so just know you can't always use the dock at low tide unless you want to walk in the...

"The house is adorable! Only issue that wasn’t even an issue really was the uncertainty of knowing if we were in the front residence or back residence when we arrived. Parking for the back property in in between the two houses. Jen was great to answer questions quickly that we had prior to our stay."

"We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was a quick walk to the beach and quiet and peaceful at night. It's a smaller space with tight parking, but not a problem if you drive a smaller passenger vehicle and are under 6' 😉 Janet did a great job decorating the place and organizing a small area. Worth the price!"

"It was everything we thought as far as location in the boat itself, but the exterior of the boat was in need of a cleaning the bathtowels. What didn't you and mildew smelling the betting was tingy. And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need."
