“Kind of a hidden gem if you're coming in to town for business. Perfect location, but wouldn't even know it's there walking by which I like. Very well kept comfy rooms, only thing lacking was a TV but who really NEEDS a TV these days especially given the location -you arent likely going to be in much. I will definitely be staying again in the future. Bargain price too!”

“If all you're wanting is a place to sleep, shower, and get ready for your day that's quiet and clean, but want to stay in downtown Toronto and can't afford the downtown hotel prices, this place is perfect. It's conveniently close to everything. There's public transportation right outside your door that will take you right into downtown quick and easy. There are no TVs, fridges or other amenities in the rooms, but if you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room, then again this……

“If you are sensitive to noise at night, this probably isn't the place for you. The windows didn't provide any sound insulation to the street noise. The area is busy with road noise and night life at the weekend. We aren't normally sensitive to noise but we didn't sleep much for the first few nights. There were a few other issues, but the staff were really helpful where they could. Note, they only clean the room once and charge for anything after that.”

“The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. The balcony and views were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was communication and check-in. Instructions were supposed to arrive 72 hours before check-in and did not.
