"Excellent staff especially Duane at breakfast "

"Room was very nice and roomy. Staff was very friendly. The water didn’t taste good at all. Parking was expensive. If paying with a debit card this hotel holds a deposit the amount of the stay also. We would stay again. I was traveling with spouse and kids 9 and 14. "

"I stayed for 3 nights. The experience was good. The coffee maker was not working. But coffee was available in the lobby so did not make a difference. For some reason, the breakfast on the 3rd day was not as good. But the front desk people Ms.Ricknie and Michelle the older women were very nice, helpful, and friendly. At the valet Mr. Darnen was, really nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this property"

"All in all it was good, I slept great. I didn’t know our room/building was actually across the street from the hotel pool. And the cable TV was TERRIBLE, almost all the channels were fuzzy or didn’t come up."

"During our stay, my husband was not feeling well and our plane did not leave until 9:10 that evening. I was able to book another night through Expedia and Tiffany was able to check me out and check me back in without us having to move rooms. This allowed my husband 7 more hours to rest. She tried to get the cheaper rate for me through the hotel, but could not. She was patient as I booked through Expedia while at the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time...

"Overall, the hotel was very nice , staff very accommodating. It gave New Orleans. I like the fact that everything was pretty much local or close by. We literally were a block away from Bourbon Street. My only issue was the bathroom. I didn’t like the fact that the shower didn’t have a door so finish taking a shower you were stepping into a pool of water. "

"The staff was the best group of people that have ever served me at a hotel. They answered all of my questions with ease and went out of their way to be helpful. "

"Overall it was a good stay. It is conveniently near Bourbon street but without all of the noise. It was so quiet I was shocked you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Be aware they do valet parking that’s roughly $50 a night with taxes. My only complaint was the overnight front desk was nowhere to be seen for 25 minutes. It was 2am. We were locked out of our room. Came to get help and waited for 25 minutes before she came back. The other worker at the little computer didn’t know where she went...

"The rooms were super comfy, with the added touch of the record player and records. Housekeeping in the hotel was lacking somewhat, like the shower in our room could have used a good bleach soak..the halls needed vaccuming.. but otherwise fairly clean."
