"Rooms were well cleaned, decent breakfast options, amenities would have been great if the sports court net was actually the right height and not held on to by a bungee and the pool wasn't under construction. We were very disappointed we didn't get I'llthe full use out of the amenities. But the walk to parks, location, and room size "

"The room was clean enough except for the bathroom. Definitely the humidity but everything felt sticky after showers. No fans or windows to help with that. We were provided four towels but only two wash clothes. If there’s more than two of you traveling, be sure to ask the front desk for additional washcloths if y’all plan to shower. Doors are paper-thin.. So even someone standing outside your door talking at a normal volume you’ll be able to hear them as if the door was open. But overall, it was a fairly okay stay. It was cheap so definitely worth it.. if you’re wanting to stay somewhere cheap, this is the place!"

"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable condition of my room during my recent stay on 4/22 To be blunt, the state of the hotel was filthy and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience."

"Rooms along with bedding had a smell to the. The AC in my room only blew hot heat out. Front desk was ok. Hallway carpet smelled was visibly dirty and not very well placed. Considering I only had to use the room to sleep it was average on price about $150 a night. 15 min walk to downtown Disney district"
