“First of all you have to pay to park $25 a day in their parking garage. The elevators took forever. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper, and there were still used pool towels hanging up from the previous person. Theres no tv in the bedroom, and even the one in the living room was so cheap that it was unusable. No streaming service options. The shower head was terrible, barely a trickle of water. The amenities were amazing. The pool, great. The gym, the best ive seen. Overall i wouldnt……

“Breakfast with limited options. The quilt is hard to control at right position. Air-condition is also hard to control with higher temperature. I will consider the other choice next time.”

“Location was across the street from restaurants and the Mortgage Matchup Center, great location! Room was clean, and spacious. However, we were there for March break, and only one elevator was working. We were on the 10th floor. It took more than 12 mins for an elevator to come, and when it did, it was full. On many occasions we had to take the stairs, from the 10th floor with luggage was not a great experience. Out of 3 elevators, don’t just have one working! Not acceptable!”

“Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the property don’t do it any justice, it has a very beautiful ambiance.”

“A clean, cute hotel with fun small touches like a candy jar and free drink tokens when you check in. The rooms are small but had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Be aware that the hotel is next to a light rail stop, but the room's AC fan kept us cool and muted the train noises.”

“The pool was down an alley way in the next courtyard and the entrance was through a parking garage. The place felt like a room at a hospital! The whole thing was misrepresented! ”
