“ The staff did not appear to be well trained it took us 20 minutes to get checked in. There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. The staff did not check the dining room in the morning to clean tables and to make sure items for breakfast were stocked, they sat at the reservations desk on……

“Was not pet friendly as advertised and they turned me away. Had to wait at the front desk for over 5 minutes to speak with someone”

“Hands down the filthiest motel I've ever stayed in, and I'm a purveyor of cheap motels. 1) Moldy something under the microwave plate 2) Holes (cigarette burns?) in the sheets 3) Crazies blasting bass in their cars at 5am for 45 mins 4) luke warm shower 5) a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo 6) dust and dirt and grime on most surfaces. 7) Wifi network down and nobody at the front desk for hours after 10pm The key and heater worked at least. ”

“I thought the amenities were terrific, with one exception, (which I think I kindly told the host about), the bed pillows. My opinion ; they looked great but too thick, too stiff.Other than that, lovely! ”

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“The location was perfect for our stay. The house was sparse in amenities, but had great design, and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend providing a few more blankets, kitchen towels, and tissues. A few more extras would have made the stay a bit more comfortable. ”
