This is a very quaint older motel with a true feel of New Mexico. We stayed in the king suite with a fireplace. The staff was attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Faboulous hotel! I would recommend to everyone coming to Santa Fe. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Happy hour(Kick Start) was fantastic. The food was resturant quality and the varitey fit everyones wants. The abundance left you not wanting dinner. THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! From the valets, to front desk and housekeeping met your needs. But the food service staff went overboard to ensure you received everything you wanted. Food at every occasion was very delicious. I absolutely LOVED staying at Hotel Chaco. The staff is superb. The on site restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean and super comfy. I didn’t want to leave. Beyond all of this, I really loved the story behind this hotel, and the care that it takes to uplift the culture of the city.

Beautiful hotel with many Southwest pictures and other artifacts. Service was outstanding. Lot's of history associated with the hotel. One cannot get a better location in Santa Fe - everything is close by.

Upon arrival, the employee on duty was AWESOME. I did not get his name but was courteous, genuine, and inviting. I hope Hilton researches this employee and recognizes his skills and actions. As for the room and property, there are no complaints. Everything was perfect, to include breakfast, fitness center, and cleanliness. Will definitely come back!

This was our second stay at the hotel, but our first in the Hacienda wing. The staff is attentive to detail and seemed truly interested in making certain our week in Santa Fe was the vacation we wanted it to be; restful, entertaining, informative, and food-filled. The Hacienda offers butler service, a continental breakfast, and a happy hour in front of a roaring fire. Room was large, nicely furnished and clean. Had a grest view of mountains snd golf course. For us it was s grest location as we were visiting family that lived near by.

The hotel was spotless, our room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable. The breakfast provided was one of the best ever. Great bar and food service on rooftop. The staff were so attentive and so cordial. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and will be back the next time we are in town.

I chose this property for the high ratings and the lower than chain hotels prices. It was a good choice! This place was clean with a 70s or 80s vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Room and property was clean !! Very Convenient

First time staying at this hotel and was very impressed. As soon as you walk in you can see, and feel, the care taken to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms are impressively equipped and a decent size tv. Beds were comfortable, the shower actually had a door as opposed to a shower curtail. Normally I don't eat breakfast at the hotel I'm staying at, but did here. I'll look for this brand hotel in the future.

Old Town Abuquerque with the charm of an old hotel and its ridiculously large and comfortable lobby. Nice. Utilized the house restaurant with nice food and a particularly inviting protected patio area.

So here’s the thing: I didn’t stay here. I got here as planned and saw it was an all-open hallway (exterior) hotel. I simply won’t stay in one. But while I was there trying to figure out what to do, I took note of the exceptional cleanliness, state of good repair, cheerful nature of the grounds, and the best part: the staff were all wonderful. We loved our stay at this completely remodeled, historic motel. If you are someone who tries to avoid the run-of-the-mill basic hotel with average ‘free’ breakfast, then you will enjoy this place. The front desk attendant is nice and helpful and our king suite was quiet and comfortable.
