“Very good ”

“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“Everything was great. We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday in March and she had a blast. I also noticed they have daily things to do which was extremely fun and organized. The only thing that my partner and I were not quite satisfied was the food. But other than that such a great getaway spot for kids and parents. ”

“Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit.”

“The room showed some wear and tear. Door screen was torn; one light next to the bed had no light switch as it was broken. The unit door would not shut unless I forced it. It is a property that I am sure experiences family use, so took that under consideration. ”

“Restaurant hours are sporadic and not always available, for that reason we never had breakfast at the restaurant. Restaurant was open for dinner 2 of the 4 nights we were there. We did have dinner Monday night and the dinner was pretty good. ”

“Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the……

“Great for families who want to stay in the same room but still need space from one another. ”

“The room was clean, the amenities were very good, and the space was very comfortable in size. The pool and fireplace were warm, the hot tub was definitely hot, and the bed was good. Some areas of the room, buildings and grounds are showing their age, but the stay was great! The only recommendations I could critique about is the pool/hot tub/sauna area floor has little pebbles as the surface and they are starting to pop out making walking on gravel bare-footed painful when you catch a loose……

“Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. ”
