"Hampton Inn's 204 Tunnel Road location in Asheville, NC is impeccable. The Customer Service was exquisite! This is a three star hotel and a very highly rated property. Hampton Inn's Tunnel Road branch has recently undergone renovation and clearly displays a high emphasis on cleanliness, quality, value for your money, flexibility, respect, courtesy and convenience.
I was truly amazed by their consistent quality and product satisfaction which truly paid justice to the popular Hilton brand. The proximity to the Downtown attractions, the River Arts District, the varied eateries, access to the popular and scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore, Chimney Rock State Park, the Pisgah National Forest and the numerous waterfalls within, Maggie Valley, the Arboretum, Swaanova, the Black Mountains are noteworthy and really a treat! You could even drive to Franklin, Nantahalla, explore some local brew by visiting the breweries, do a rafting trip or even some mountain biking.
Hampton Inn has a variety of rooms, including King Beds, non-smoking with double sofa beds, Queen Bed, Suites, connecting rooms, etc. A very good daily complimentary breakfast from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., an indoor swimming pool, a great hot tub, a fitness center, fire pit outside the pool area with seating, besides a laundry, free wifi and a small store for grocery purchases. Housekeeping is offered every other day and Grab n Go at the Check in counter. Kudos to Daniel, Mr. Buddy, Kat and the kitchen staff."
