“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“I’m a huge Bahia fan I love seeing my favorite people still working here visit after visit. If you come visit expect to stay at one of the best locations in Cabo you have so much just a few steps away my personal favorite is just to relax at their beach club Sur I have to have a black aguachile and the Lydia roll as soon as I land and check in. It’s just a fun golf cart ride to the beach club from Bahia. Both Christians are super sweet they make us feel like family so it really feels like I’m……

“This hotel is so nice , clean and friendly staff at the restaurants Food was good the only thing is the staff that work to try to sell the time share at the hotel is too much. They are too intense to trying to go to the presentation.”

“The room was clean but they just need to fumigate; I saw small roaches when I used the restroom at night. They need to remodel everything in the room, it look outdated. The staff in the reception and door bell were friendly; Jeremi was very professional and friendly. The servers in the pool area were not friendly nor courteous at all; but the bartenders in the bar by the pool were friendly and happy to attend its guests. Special thanks to the 2 Fernandos. The outdoors were beautiful and kept……

“Could not find property. Asked hotels in area after an hour of trying to locate the hotel. No one had heard of this place. ”

“The property grounds were very clean, all of the staff was super friendly, the room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the pool was nice, there were always available seats around the pool. We will continue to come here.”

“The staff were super super nice and helpful. A personal greetings from the General Manager Robert made us feel welcome and at home instantly! The restaurant managers like Filipe at Neptune, Emmanuel, Elizabeth, Edgard, Jose Luis at the Patron were doing such a good job we were treated like VIP’s! We love Villa Del Arco, thank you Mexico! We will be back!”
