"I was in time square area for business . Hotel was decent enough in a good location to walk to many restaurants and attractions but they had 0 amenities . No bar , coffee station ( only a coffee maker in your room) no lounge / business area ,just a small check in area. It makes it very hard to justify the daily resort fees on top of the crazy NY taxes . Room was very small per usual and had a slight order . May be time to clean the carpets. The staff was very nice. "The hotel was friendly and convenient. My room had a very tiny window. And I felt like I was in a cave. I spent 3 nights there and wished that I had a better room. I asked when I checked in and they said that was one of the larger rooms with a king bed. Also, it would have been nice to have a room coffee service though the. French bakery downstairs was a wonderful touch. I did enjoy a lot of walking in the area.And often walk versus taking a cab."

"The hotel has a wonderful ambience and style. The room is extremely clean and very nicely decorated that gives you a unique feeling not that you’re in an ordinary hotel. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and prompt. "LIKED: • Very convenient LOCATION. • Good CLEANING SERVICE. • Great CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. • Helpful STAFF all around. It was a very pleasant stay. DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."

"The Doormen were polite and welcoming. They were fantastic! The bed was a dream and I would like to know the name of the mattress that they use. The only negative was that I would like more lighting in the room and bathroom. I would stay there again!"
