“客房乾淨”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“Space and location are exactly as described, a little noisy from outside at times from, but overall a pleasant stay. Great neighbourhood with loads of bars/restaurants and access to everything you could want downtown. Would definitely recommend if you're on a budget and okay with tight quarters : )”

“The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.”
