"We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is excellent, but we were not aware that it is a rental rather than a hotel. Therefore there was nobody available to check us in and had we not spoke Spanish, would have been in a difficult situation. We had to locate our room ourselves, which was unexpected and took us a while to locate as it is a large building. The property is on the outskirts of Tulum and taxis are needed to travel around. Self check in was seamless, instructions very clear, Very modern clean, comfortable, with all promised amenities in working order. Would highly recommend as a stop on your last day or two of a trip, wind down in comfort or would work for long term as a good home base."

"We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse and could not have been happier. It was spacious and beautiful. Rooftop pool was nice and there were towels provided. Loved the area although it was a long walk to the main beach area of 5th (30 minutes). There was a closer beach and shopping along 5th about a 15 minute walk. "Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (9yrs and 1yr olds) was located central as you could go to any of the beaches driving everything including cenotes was about 20min drive. Located in town in a secure neighborhood helped when we needed to buy grocery’s (5mins away) will definitely stay here again! Would recommend getting a rental (FYI dont buy the rental company coverage if you have chase sapphire it covers you and Id asume any major credit card that has travel rewards would as well)"

"Condo was wonderful with beautiful water view and quiet location. Pool was wonderful and the beach is beautiful (although it is not the same bright blue clear waters as you will find farther north). Great accommodations and communicative host. Drinking water was complimentary but please note that the condo does not supply any basic spices/oils or dishwasher detergent, so we bought those ourselves. Overall a great experience!"

"24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. ...

"Both the host and Miriam were extremely hospitable. The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean. And the shower gets hot! The communication with the host and Miriam was impeccable. Miriam went out of her way to help me upon arrival. You are two blocks to Playa Norte, Two blocks to the main drag and Playa Centro. Five minute walk to the ferry and golf cart rental. And best of all a block from El Centro. I highly recommend a stay here. Just don't book it when I come back."
