“Bathroom is not convenient. Water is flooding while show”

“We thought the actual view from the hotel was even better than the pictures. We heard coocoo birds and various wildlife when we out walking about. The staff was exceptionally kind and could speak English perfectly. We ate dinner one evening and had the eggplant parmigiana, which rivaled the best we had in Italy. The room were large and clean, and the location is really quiet. There are also lots of nice locations to sit alone or with other travelers and have a drink and enjoy the view. As……

“Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room……

“Our room was clean. The shower is basic, but OK be careful on wet tile. The breakfast was well worth €10 good service as well. The staff were extremely helpful. Helped me with train tickets and were eager to please.”

“Hostess do her best to make us free of trouble . She gave us clear and in time direction about how to get the key , how to parking. Great breakfast and nice service. ”

“We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Edy, and especially appreciated the warmth of the staff. The rooms were not large but had everything we needed. It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and the pool was wonderful. Special thanks to Christine who stayed late to check us in after a day of travel delays, and to Sidney and Abershen……

“Die Unterkunft liegt in den Bergen, bis zum See runter sind es so ca. 15-20min. Straßen sind eng und steil aber mit jedem herkömmlichen PKW machbar. Parken am Hof ist auch kein Problem. Der Bauernhof bietet einen spektakulären Blick über ein Tal und Berge. Die Ferienwohnung sind rustikal aber liebevoll gestaltet. Der Zimmerservice kommt tgl. Und leistet gute Arbeit. Für Kinder hätten wir uns noch etwas mehr Beschädigungen gewünscht, einen Spielplatz oder Fläche um Ball zu spielen. Es gibt zwar……

“Beautiful hotel and great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. In May, it is still a little cool so not able to really enjoy amenities such as the small beach area and kayaks.”

“Sehr freundliche Personal , gute Service und schnelle Hilfebereitsschaft, tolle Lage. Schöne Strand. Nur die Treppen waren unangenehm aber in den ganzen Como lake waren viele Treppen. Also alles gut 👌”

“Beautiful property and the staff was friendly and helpful. All wonderful BUT don’t get rooms on the top floor- under the roof because it was very hot and air conditioning hardly helped.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”
