“My stay was fantastic. I was in town for a business trip, and the experience exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptional, with special thanks to Noah and Chelsea, who truly stood out. Noah was incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting me as I came and went, and he offered great recommendations for exploring the city. He’s a real asset to the hotel. “Perfect location to visit UNM and explore downtown Albuquerque. Room was spacious and clean, with a great layout for a family. Quick walk to downtown, close to bus to UNM. We did have a car, and parking was easy at the hotel. Only complaint was the free breakfast wasn't great. ”

“Cutest place ever! 50's decor to go along with the Route 66 - 100 year anniversary trip we were on from Michigan, right on neon street! We each got a free token for a free drink from their lobby/bar which I've never seen a place do before 😮🍸🍸 Large room and very comfy king bed. Only .4 miles to walk to the town square. Everything was GREAT!”

“Everyone in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location to old town was the best. My only complaint the whole stay was with the parking. Definitely not parking friendly. I had to park across the street and walk across what seemed to be a main thoroughfare. Very dangerous since my health doesn’t allow me the ability to move too fast. For a hotel of that size a parking deck would be nice, or at least cut down the size of the gated/private parking. There was very……

“Our room was below the laundry area for sure. we kept hearing washing machine all day. In the morning at 6:10am we started hearing the sound of something being slammed against the floor in the room directly overhead. It was loud. The noise kept on and off and after 45 minutes or so, we heard someone yelled and the noise finally stopped. We wish we had been told in advance about this, but not happening at 6am.”

“Pool and hot tub inoperable, door locked. Filthy hardwood floors with ants, red and black microscopic bugs around the bed and throughout the room. Floors lightly swepted but needed deep mopping. After being bitten several times on first night, at breakfast, I showed evidence of ants, red and black bugs on a napkin. Assured Me that room was gonna be cleaned, it wasn't done by nighttime. I wet a towel and washed the entire floors three times. Ants, bugs, contact lens and dental floss container was……
