“雖然酒店宣稱剛整修過，但是實際上房間內部陳設與設備非常老舊，令人驚訝與失望。前台員工非常友善，但是協助行李搬運的同事非常被動。 整體而言與網路相片相差太多。位置優越是其主要特點。”

“Wide room, but the sheets are not so clean. House keeping staffs are the best, but the check-in counter staffs are not so friendly.”

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“The staff service was really outstanding and cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Pool and hot tub area are really nice too. Were there Friday night and not on a high floor so could hear after-market exhausts way into the night...City of Calgary needs to address this (enforce the by-law) ”

“6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”
