“Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. There was a strange odor in the building, don't know what it was. Terrible experience, and we got out of there as quickly as we could. ”

“Good location. Didn’t get the room we booked because they over booked. No one was at the office on the property at check in. Text us another room number and the code to lock box. It had no key in it. So had to call again and she gave us another room. So was just a little frustrated.”

“We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

“Loved this beautiful Nest!!! Absolutely great location, accommodations and amenities. Hope to return. Guests need to be aware of ability needed for stairs leading to Unit and that beds include a great master kin-sized bed and 2 bunk beds. Easily accommodates 4.”

“The hot tub was relaxing! The house had a weird urine type smell in the the kitchen area. The host did not give us our door code until 3:55 and I had to text her to ask for it. Other than that, it was a nice cabin. Nice hot tub. Nice scenery.”
