“The Junior Suite on the 8th floor has "panoramic view" of the conference room roof! You cannot use the balcony for long because of the strong exhaust fan from the restaurant below unless you want to smell the fried food that long! Shower pressure in the top floor is really weak, and resort is somewhat dated. The best reason to stay here is the location of this resort. It is beachfront and located in less crowded portion of Palmetto Dunes.”

She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation.
