“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

Specific issues included: - The curtain rod had fallen down, requiring me to fix it myself. - The room lacked the private shower that was advertised and indicated in the reservation details. Furthermore, my room was changed by the host prior to my arrival without my request. I was only informed of this change via a phone call.
