“Great hotel and location. Room well appointed and good size. Very disappointed with front desk employees with check in/out. Never texted room was ready for check in despite pre check in at front desk. Asked for later check out and was given one hour more. Only to have them lock us out of our room at the non extended time. Took 10 minutes to get elevator down to front desk to stand 10 more in line to resolve their error. Bell-staff and concierge were lovely but sad the front desk left such a……

“High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work.”
