“The place was great - close to beach & restaurants. Quiet area and clean. Staff was nice - got back w me within mins. Property was very nice, renovated recently seems like. The hot water was warm, not hot. Comforts of a home away from home. The only issue was the noise throughout the day and night due to water being pumped up again and again. Lasted for about 1-2 mins then stop then a few more times throughout the night. Sounded like a loud garage door opening or closing. I would stay there……

“This is a family owned boutique hotel and I love that. While the property was pretty over all, it was a bit on the older side. The room didn’t match the pictures on the website. We don’t know if it was because we were only staying one night, but we were given what we felt was a subpar/ rinky dinky room. The room was so small that we couldn’t open our luggage properly and the bathroom door almost hit the bed when open. We also had an issue with no hot water and the fridge wasn’t working (wasn’t……

“Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water……
