“Overall, not a bad experience. Easy beach access and very close to food, shops, etc. ice machine and water fill stations were awesome. However, for the price, it was not really up to par. The room was sorely in need of a true renovation. The floor felt dirty when we first got there. A lot of the plumbing was loose. Needed a good patch and paint job on almost everything (walls, baseboards, etc). The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't turn around in it unless the door was shut. We saw several……

“Loved the location- easily walkable downtown. Property was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would have loved to have seen some better dietary options at breakfast such as a gluten free dairy/ free option. Had to go next door to Carmella’s to buy breakfast but my daughter enjoyed the Palmetto breakfast. The coffee was excellent!”
