“The only reason that I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because of our check in experience. We traveled by plane and arrived to the hotel 3 hours before check in time. I asked if it was possible to get an early check in if our room was ready. We were told we could if our room was ready for us. The room was ready, but then she broke the news to us that it’s a hotel policy that we pay $50 for an early check in. I think it’s ridiculous when we are already paying a lot of money to stay at the……

“The Pool was TINY, I guess I did not realize it was a Wading Pool. There were 3 other people in it and it seemed crowded. Also, the early check in policy was one of the most ludicrous I have ever heard. I arrived around 3 and I believe check in was 4 PM. I was told that would be 100.00 extra to check in now. Which I found to be absurd. The staff did allow me to leave my bags (I was dropped of by LYFT) so that I could go get a bite to eat. So that was a plus. The location of the property……

“The room was exceptionally clean, which is always my number one priority, especially when it comes to the bed and bathroom. Everything was lovely and well maintained. Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed the experience. The valet service was a great convenience, and the location was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again!”
