"Nothing bad to say. Room was clean, we didn't expect daily service however they provided it. Staff was friendly from management down to the maintenance guys and everything in between. Room was clean, smelled fresh, mattress and pillows were comfortable as well. "

"We had a view of the Lake and Mackinac Bridge. We were within walking distance of everything. The beds weren't too bad, you got plenty of pillows, and if you needed anything more you could get it. The staff was very friendly and very willing to help you."

"Such a beautiful old home with some very unique room options. Breakfast every morning was well thought out with plenty of choices. Was very accommodating for food allergies. The tea room was beautiful and the hideaway out back was neat. Beautiful paintings and wood work offered to purchase made by owners. I would recommend to all my friends and hope to return. "

"We really loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in to speak with the very kind and informative check in staff down to the end of our trip. The room was wonderful! They answered questions we had and were very helpful in assisting us in how to get around the area and getting a shuttle to the ferry docs. It was a very clean and convenient property. "We stayed here in the middle of July. This place was remarkably affordable for what you get. The beach access is incredible. We had a balcony room overlooking the pristine beach and lake. The place was a bit aged but not shabby. The indoor waterpark was a nice bonus, but the waterslides were permanently closed. It was a close drive to the ferry and downtown. The ferry company offered free pickup from the hotel, so we didn't have to pay for parking."

"Stayed 2 nights in king suite with hot tub. Room was clean. Hot tub was clean including jets. Front desk was friendly. Over all stay was good for the price. We didn't swim in pool (water was too cold) or go in spa area. Beach area was alright nice and sandy. Was a close walk to the ferry. "
