“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

“The man and woman I met at reception were extremely friendly, helpful. My room was spacious, had lovely amenities, high quality bed linens and pillows. Although the room was furnished in beautiful antiques, the bathroom was state of the art and spotless (though I don’t enjoy rain showers). It advertises a Continental breakfast, but turns out that is only because it is buffet-style. Very nice breakfast spread every day. “This was a last minute booking on a whim to see Savannah's historic district for the first time. Great location. Free parking for guests. You can walk to everything close by within minutes. Amazing food in the restaurant. (Book your reservation as soon as you arrive) Great bar atmosphere and they will serve the full dinner menu if you can't get a table. “We enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning was turned up so high, and there was a vent over our bed blowing cold air on us all night long, which made it a little uncomfortable. I’m not a huge fan of the self check in. I stay at bed-and-breakfasts to be welcomed by a person. We had a bit of an issue, gaining Entry and had to call the number given. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. We did manage to get a spot in the back of the hotel for parking. One side of that area has……

“Older property, like most properties in Savannah. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The Live Oak Canopy room was nice. We had our own covered deck with pool view and the grand oak tree! It is pay parking , unless you’re lucky enough to get street parking.”
