“Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy”

“We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after the first night. Our bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The hot tub was cloudy and seemed dirty and not even "hot" We also found a used bandaid in one of our beds and the house keeper had left her keys/badge in our room. ”

But that wasnt even the worst of it we got their an older lady in her 80s was sleeping in the foyer on the couch (weird right?) so we go to bed next morning she still on the couch (again super weird) then i heard a someone fall and start screaming for help it was the ole lady i asked the manager are you going to help her? “The treehouse cabin was adorable! It’s super cozy with a comfy bed, sheets, and duvet. Loved the open shower too. The location is very close to town, so plenty of DoorDash options, but also has a secluded feel with the view of the River. Mark and Tracy were great hosts- highly recommend! ”

“The house is fantastic and the location is perfect. It’s close proximity to Branson and Springfield make it perfect with its small town feel. The only distraction is the living room furniture. It is low to the ground and very rigid. The beds are wonderful and very comfortable. The two car garage was also very nice. We will definitely be repeat customers. The host is very friendly and answered questions quickly. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. ”

“The house was well appointed and had all the little extras. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms with soap, shampoo etc. We felt at home. ”

A little hard to find, so be sure to arrive when it's still light outThe only thing is a VRBO problem. VRBO needs to streamline the check in process. The majority of the time I don't get the check in instructions and I have to call the owner to help me out. Thankfully, the host left the front door open for me. When I arrived, there was no cell reception”

“If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. Also, I had a few questions, and after only getting a couple 'automated' responses, gave up on talking yo a human. Didn't stay second night, and nicely told……

In a quiet neighborhood, with great grocery store nearby (Apple), and easy access to special sites that we enjoyed including Butterfly Palace in Branson and the Aquarium in Springfield. The place is spotless and the host readily available and gracious. We visit nearby family, have stayed here twice and plan to return (I'd even adjust my travel dates for this VRBO.)”
