“The facility was great but the pool was FREEZING!!!”

“The room was clean and inviting. Lobby was well lit and staff was readily available. We will stay again”

“The motel was well kept and clean. Hot tub and pool was clean and well kept. The staff was really nice and even played with my ADHD 7yr old. It was more like home away from home! Peace and quiet with the best sleep I've had in a long time. I loved the pillows. I so wanted to take them home with me lol. I would recommend this motel to everyone I know and I definitely will be returning if I'm back in the area!!!”

“Very convenient location for Nixa. Slow Wi-Fi slowed down my check in, which redundant info was taken after already taking the time to check in online. Then power off in area overnight causing no Wi-Fi in rooms or lights etc(city wide so not their fault). However nothing was provided for breakfast. Could’ve at least left out some donuts and fruit for guests.”

“People outside smoking next to the building, with signs that said no smoking. 😟😷”

“Nicely done. Great location”

“We loved staying in this Tiny Home. It was clean and cute, in the country but very close to shopping and restaurants in Nixa. We wanted something different from a cookie-cutter hotel and we were not disappointed. It is less than 20 mins from Springfield attractions and about 45 from Branson. Our host kept us updated on all check in and check out procedures. Don’t let the ladder to the loft scare you - the bed is so comfy and the view is also nice. 5 stars in my book - no complaints!”

“We loved staying here.”

“THIS PROPERTY IS VERY QUAINT; IT WAS PERFECT FOR US. IF YOU WANT OFF THE BEATEN PATH, PEACEFUL, BUT NOT FAR FROM TOWN, THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. VERY COZY. WE WILL DO THIS PLACE AGAIN.”

“The place was quiet and relaxing. Really nice amenities. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely recommend to friends!”

“This was a wonderful home away from home. I haven’t been impressed with the hotels in Ozark and this wasn’t that much more expensive for a quiet, clean, and comfortable home. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Ozark!”

“Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay.”

“Family friendly property that is easy to get to. Communication as to getting into the property as well has check out instructions could have been better communicated.”

“This was a great place for us to finish our trip to Branson and Payne’s Valley. House was like new. One thing you need to know is you can’t drive up to the tree house. You park below and walk up a very nice wood walkway. If your handicap this could be challenging. ”

“The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Plenty to do in the area as well. 10/10 would recommend this place. ”

“Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to for any future stays in the Springfield area! It was only a ten minute drive to Springfield. The privacy was totally worth the extra driving! Definitely 10/10, 5 STAR, 100% satisfaction!”

“Great house!”

“Our stay here was excellent. The property has a nice yard with a fire pit even though we didn’t get the time to use it. The location was great for going to Springfield and also Branson. The property was nicely equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The showers had good strong pressure. Which is very important to my husband after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Great stay for a quick trip for my nephew’s wedding. Place is great and will be looking to come back in the future just to enjoy some downtime!”
