“Nice stay, no issues”

“Very clean facility and friendly staff.”

“The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again.”

“The hotel was a good do nothing hotel. The problem I had is the locks were not very safe. It had a key button lock that the code never changed so any of the past residence of this hotel could get into your room if they want to and there was no permanent lock to lock to where nobody could get in no matter what the inside this should be addressed and fixed immediately very unsafe”

“Loved the farm house! It’s a hunter’s paradise with the mountings on the walls. Very roomy yet cozy and has beautiful landscape. ”

“The house is beautifully appointed. It is so clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the river was gorgeous! Great communication with the hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had. We were visiting my so. At WVU and it was the perfect place to be out of the traffic in Morgantown, beat the price hikes of hotels. Very easy drive to Morgantown.”

“Everything is broken, poor hygiene, dirty everywhere, breakfast cake juice, coffee is like water”

“I can’t imagine this place being open in the near future. The walls are crumbling, entire sections of the roof were missing, there was a piece of plywood between the box spring and mattress I had to be careful I didn’t t break my toes on because it stuck out so bad, the water in the pool left a slimy scum on my skin, there was no remote for the tv, the blow dryer didn’t work, the chairs were so filthy I was afraid to sit down in them, the staff were clueless as to what was going on in the area……

“I expect a typical “free breakfast” when I stay at a roadside hotel…scrambled eggs, sausage, an assortment of breads and cereals…the usual fare for such establishments. The bar is not very high. Unfortunately, Fairfield in Wheeling didn’t make it over the bar. The assortment of offerings was fewer than the average, and no breakfast meat, at all. When the expectation is pretty low to begin with, failure to meet the expectation is disappointing. You gotta pick up your game, Fairfield.”

“Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.”
