“Toilet leaking Air conditioner leaking”

“I booked through Expedia and pre-paid my stay. The front desk staff would not allow me to check in without giving my phone number. He first told me that my credit card company was requiring the phone number, then it changed to "Expedia needs it." He told me I could call my credit card company and explain to them why I didn't want to give my telephone number to the front desk staff "for emergencies" or "to create a profile" because again, he kept changing his story. I don't know what the front……

“We just used it to sleep and for a quick breakfast. The hallway carpet needs to be at least vacuumed better, the hall and front area reeked of Marijuana. The room could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty and bathroom vanity had stuff dripping down the front fascia. Bed were clean and comfortable.”

“The pool is filthy. The pool and room is hot. The yogurt machine is kept at 75 instead of refrigerated. Kitchen staff argued with me that it was okay for three days. We had to make housekeeping come in our room and housekeep. The inside of the building is hotter than outside. The room we booked wasn’t available for our late checkin after we called to inform them the time we would arrive.”

“This stay was awful I genuinely can not put into words the condition of the room> I did not stay in the room. The door was broken and had a rusty screw coming out of it. The bed had hair and lumps in it. Not to mention the stains that were all over the room. Do not book a room here unless you have no other choice whatsoever.”
