We did have some ants in our room, but when I brought it to the owners attention, she immediately fixed the situation and credited me some money back. Over all it was a good stay!”

“Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning.”

“Good location if your visiting south haven and the local beach/lake areas. Clean building and a quiet stay. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work. By Monday morning breakfast, there was less to choose from to eat from over the weekend and the biscuits were not cooked in the middle. Poor breakfast experience but i don't have high hopes with complimentary breakfasts anyways. Our primary focus was a clean and well maintained place to stay. “This B&B deserves more that 5 stars! I wanted to take my granddaughter on a 2-day adventure before she heads off to college this August. When we pulled into the inn's drive, we noticed how lovely the manicured grounds were with its gorgeous flowers beds and gardens. This inn is huge and very comfortable. Our room was a suite with 2 beds and we were delighted that it had a TV, which can be rare in B&B's. The hostess was very friendly and made delicious breakfasts. My granddaughter loved the 2……

“There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. ”
