“We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean.……

“Excelente lugar para escapar del ruido de la ciudad. Me gustó mucho la limpieza de las habitaciones y en general. También que tenían diferentes amenidades para disfrutar del lugar sin tener que salir de allí. El servicio del restaurante puede mejorar ya que ordenamos entradas y una pechuga a la plancha y se tardaron un montón. Pero todo lo demás súper. Lo recomiendo.”

“Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! But most of off Jessica made the entire stay memorable. Thanks to her everything was an excellent experience. Anything we needed they made sure we had and then some. At night we didn’t feel unsafe at all. All the doors in the front gets locked automatically but even with that Jonathan was attentive and ensure we were……

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“The room was clean but our toilet handle broke the last day there. Water pressure was low at first had to call maintenance. There was no tub so when taking a shower the water was everywhere. Our floor was soaked every shower. Outdoor pool was very nice. Great to walk from the pool to beach. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Overall would not go back only because we would like to stay somewhere else.”

“Staff really not onside but they did come at check in.. overall the room was clean great a/c but no microwave or iron in our room it’s some what close to old San Juan… I would book again, no real bad complaints”

“Great staff and very helpful, awsome rooms for a quick sleep and cozy.. Air conditioning was great but I would have liked to have the room colder but there wasn't a remote control to adjust the temperature.”

“The staff was excellent the room very clean. They were quick to bring up extra towels. Loved the pool deck. Also went to the gym a couple of times and it was enough to get a good workout in. I would definitely come back.”
