“Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing from start to finish. The hotel bar was closed for the entire Memorial Day weekend, which was unexpected during such a busy holiday. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming and seemed inconvenienced whenever we asked questions about the local area or trail systems. Trailer parking was another major issue. “Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host……
