"The staffs are cordial except the night receptionist that was working the night we checked in on 5-12-2024 was abrupt, not friendly, gave us a room 430 which was not cleaned enough with 4 pillows smells like it was not change .The next morning I went @ front desk and reported the problem and in 10 minutes ,the housekeeping supervisor named Ann came and the problem was resolved"

"The hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and the fire pit at evening/night was awesome. Also, its place nearby many attractions in the downtown made things easier for us to hang out in that area.
It would be great if the hotel could have had something for an infant to stay, like a crib. They gave something which was only for play, not sleeping. We had to adjust our bed to the wall so that our 8-month baby girl would not fall while sleeping. The hotel is family-friendly but not infant-friendly.
Also, we didn't like the way breakfast was set up. Wish it could be open buffet instead of per order option which was limited.
Wish there could be a hut tub too besides the pool.
Everything else was awesome."
