The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The continental breakfast has a variety but most of it is bland. We were placed on the top floor and it was extremely hot because our AC didn’t work and our room smelled like mildew. We let them know our AC didn’t work and all they did was offer a fan. It wasn’t until we directly requested a room switch that we were able to change rooms at midnight on the second night. The staff didn’t offer to help us move bags or make it feasible to relocate. That room was fine and gave us no problems. The……

“The hotel was nice. My room was just like any other hotel room but I could see flaws here & there nothing big. The place is so big it seemed to take forever to get from the parking garage to my room. I did not realize that they charge you $25 per day ($10 credit for food & drinks, & $15 for laundry), who would use $15/day for laundry?? I also had to pay $50 per day for parking!! Why don't they put the $15 laundry credit toward parking? That would make it much better at least for me. I went for a……

“The room was nice for an older hotel. The dresser needs some handles but the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, very close to everything. This made it very loud on weekends so be prepared. Overall a good place to stay. ”
