Dirty roomsPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Check in staff were nice
Cons: Needs to be deep cleaned
Location: Location was okay
The pillow cases were so dirty, there was hair all over the sheets, there were no wash clothes provided, and the chairs and carpet had stains everywhere!

Awful hotel in downtown DenverPosted Mar 23, 2015
The room was dirty, the fixtures were falling out of the wall. There was no functioning door to the bathroom. The ceiling tiles were all broken. The lighting in the vanity areas was extremely poor. The shower area had scum coming out of the grout. It was the most awful hotel experience I have ever had.

Only stay for the Location and RestaurantPosted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: The location is unbeatable for Downtown Denver. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area
Cons: No internet, No television, Better bedding, Dining (not offered), Parking, Cleaner, Needs overall update (not just the lobby)
Location: Everything is within walking distance or a short cab ride. This is the only reason that I would recommend staying in this hotel.
Upon arrival the hotel appears very nice, and the location is unbeatable as far as downtown Denver goes. The hotel was booked, so we were given a handicapped room (no big deal). Beds were comfortable enough, although they only offer sheets and a thin fuzzy brown blanket as covers. They have a shuttle that runs hourly; But I think that is all I have to say that is good. The entire hotel's internet was down, the television didn't work (couldn't fix it, I assume it was tied in with the internet), breakfast that they offer is not complimentary (I ended up paying $7 for some fruit loops and an orange juice) They are connected to a nice little restaurant with great service. This restaurant merely rents the location, and has no affiliation with the hotel itself, but the Hotel won't tell you this unless you inquire. Parking is available, but limited. There are more hotel rooms than there are parking spaces. We were lucky enough to get a spot, others were not so lucky. The staff was courteous, and knowledgeable about the area, but couldn't do anything about the internet or television being down (understandable). The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is for the location and relatively low priced rooms. If there are any other hotels available Downtown I would check them out first. This isn't the worst hotel I've been to by far, but it does leave a lot to be desired. The lobby will throw you off by the way- it's nowhere near that nice.

Overpriced hotel but in good locationPosted Mar 16, 2015
Location: Great for all the theaters!
This hotel was dirty and for what I paid, almost not worth it. It looked like the room was slapped together with a bad glue job. The baseboards were dirty and there were some gaps between it and the floor. Same goes for the ceilings. There were gross spots under the bathroom counter-top on the floor. Our shower curtain rod was hanging on by literally a screw. On a happy note - it was in a prime location to go to a concert at the Ogden Theatre!

Severely OutdatedPosted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Not much - maybe the proximity to downtown.
Cons: facilities, professionalism by staff, security in the parking lot, attention to detail
This hotel needs major upgrades to put it very mildly. It is close to downtown but not in a very good part of town. The facilities look like they haven't been updated since the 70s and the room had multiple stains on the carpet, lamp shades and furniture. The sink and shower drained extremely slow and the wall paper in the room was peeling in several places. Even though the rate was relatively low, the hotel didn't measure up to what you would expect from a Ramada Inn. I would most definitely not stay there again until it goes through some extensive renovations and the staff moves up to a higher level of service and overall professionalism. If I hadn't prepaid for the room for the three nights I was in town for business, I would have looked to stay elsewhere. I actually booked this hotel in the first place because the two where I usually stay were both booked for the week I was there. Not a good experience at all!!

Beautiful Hotel and Lovely Staff!Posted Mar 11, 2015
Location: Snowboarding, great pubs (The Irish Snug across the road), shopping.
My best friend and I travelled from Australia and stayed at Ramada Downtown in Denver, CO. We found the hotel to be beautifully presented, very clean and with a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful for anything we needed help with. In particular the Security Guard, Curtis, was a lovely man that greeted us every time we saw him. I personally will definitely be staying there again upon my next visit to Denver. Thank you very much!
