This place is just really run down,old,needs serious updating A! It's clean and safe,but I would not stay here again. I am not a fancy girl,and stay at Motel 6 all the time....which compared to this is a 4 star hotel:)

The location of the hotel is convenient to NYC, however in the future I'd pay more for a better hotel experience. The room was dirty with broken wires, stains in sinks and showers and foul odor. The staff barely spoke English and looked bothered when we walked in. Do not stay here.

I couldn't arrive to this hotel on march 4 because my flight was cancelled on march 4 because of the weather conditions and that sitution kept until the 9 and I called that same day March 4,2015,one man answered my call (It was a person from India because of his accent),he said he couldn't do anything for me even though I told him that my flight had been cancelled because of this.I arrived at Miami on March 4 and then I was going to go to New York and finally to New Jersey that same day,my flight was cancelled because of the terrible weather in New York,everybody knows about that because it appeared on T.V.Actually one plane had an accident (it was parked at the airport and it slid,thanks God there weren't any injured people).So when I could finally travel from Miami to New York and to New Jersey it was late but it wasn't my fault, it was out of my control.I went to the hotel to explain that case to them,one person assisted me and another person was listening to me (it was a man from India with a voice just the same as the one who answered my call on March 4) so the hotel made me wait for more than one hour, finally a "supervisor" assisted me,I told him that I had to stay in Miami one night and I had to pay another hotel in New York because it was impossible to get to New Jersey until the 10.He said he could only give half refund and I didn't have any other choice but to accept it.I need my refund complete because it wasn't my fault and NOT UNDERSTANDING ME affected me a lot.

Behind a run down parking lot; feels unsafe

Location: Farther from airport than expected. Would not walk in neighborhood at all.
We thought we were going to a nice, clean, albeit minimalist hotel near the airport. Very disappointing; would not have stayed had we not pre-paid. Small room set around a parking lot with broken concrete, piles of black snow, old delivery menus flying in the breeze. Unkempt grounds, room with missing pulls on drawer, no chain lock on door. Ended up stacking our suitcases against door for some feeling of safety. Staff is accommodating, but nothing they can really do about the lack of upkeep and care of the property itself.

It's not a pleasant stay. Terrible hotel. They need to renovate the facility. Update all the furnitures and fixtures. There's no more words to say, except to do something about it.

Es un hotel para quedar poco ya q no es waoo pero queda muy cerca de el aeropuerto de EWR y te llevan y te traen eso ya lo hace bueno y muy cerca del mall son sus mejores plus por el precio.

House keeping staff were nice, but almost all the other staff were rude.
