No good

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Everything. I was scared to go inside of my bed.
Location: Close to highway; didn't bother to look around because everything looked dangerous at night.
I would never come here again. The blankets had holes in them, the folded towels were slipping off of the toilet seat cover, it smelled like smoke, though we were in a non-smoking room, and we could hear everything going on outside.

Pros: nothing
It was the worst experience that I have had, My family could not sleep , the room was so noisy, the washroom was dirty, the television did not work, the room was unsafe because it did not have locks.

When I climbed into the hotel's airport shuttle, with its broken bench seat, and an interior which had not seen a vacuum in years, I feared the worst. Arriving at my room, those concerns were realized. I found an unspeakably filthy, crumbling hovel that would make a great movie location for a slasher film. Among other problems, the carpet was ancient and encrusted, the deadbolt did not work, and the desk was missing its only drawer. I didn't even want to know the origin of the sticky goo on the side table. That's the bad news. The good news is that the shuttle is free and the airport is four minutes away. They appear to be gutting some rooms in preparation for a long-overdue restoration, so that could be a good sign. Go ahead and spend the extra money on a hotel that won't give you the heebie-jeebies.

Bei unserer Ankunft gab man uns ein Zimmer in dem das WLAN nicht funktionierte und das Bad am Boden klebte, überall schwarze lange Haare waren und die Toilette nicht geputzt war (Urin nasen außen an der Schüssel - ekelhaft!!!) Zudem waren die Laken und die Handtücher dreckig und fleckig. nach einem Zimmerwechsel war wenigstens der Boden im Bad nichtmehr klebrig, die Handtücher und Laken dennoch dreckig und schwarze lange Haare zu finden. Am nächsten Morgen fuhr der Shuttle zum Airport obwohl wir 5 min von der Zeit parat waren ohne uns vor der Zeit ab. Wir mussten 20min warten und verpassten fast unseren Flug Hygienisch eine Katastrophe, der Service schlecht und das Personal nicht bemüht zu helfen. Ekelhaft würde es passend treffen. Nie mehr wieder!!! Für diesen Aufenthalt sollten sie das Geld erstatten! So möchte niemand auch nur 5 Stunden schlafen!!!

This place is just really run down,old,needs serious updating A! It's clean and safe,but I would not stay here again. I am not a fancy girl,and stay at Motel 6 all the time....which compared to this is a 4 star hotel:)

The location of the hotel is convenient to NYC, however in the future I'd pay more for a better hotel experience. The room was dirty with broken wires, stains in sinks and showers and foul odor. The staff barely spoke English and looked bothered when we walked in. Do not stay here.

I couldn't arrive to this hotel on march 4 because my flight was cancelled on march 4 because of the weather conditions and that sitution kept until the 9 and I called that same day March 4,2015,one man answered my call (It was a person from India because of his accent),he said he couldn't do anything for me even though I told him that my flight had been cancelled because of this.I arrived at Miami on March 4 and then I was going to go to New York and finally to New Jersey that same day,my flight was cancelled because of the terrible weather in New York,everybody knows about that because it appeared on T.V.Actually one plane had an accident (it was parked at the airport and it slid,thanks God there weren't any injured people).So when I could finally travel from Miami to New York and to New Jersey it was late but it wasn't my fault, it was out of my control.I went to the hotel to explain that case to them,one person assisted me and another person was listening to me (it was a man from India with a voice just the same as the one who answered my call on March 4) so the hotel made me wait for more than one hour, finally a "supervisor" assisted me,I told him that I had to stay in Miami one night and I had to pay another hotel in New York because it was impossible to get to New Jersey until the 10.He said he could only give half refund and I didn't have any other choice but to accept it.I need my refund complete because it wasn't my fault and NOT UNDERSTANDING ME affected me a lot.
