“Great location”
Good hotel, met our expectations, pricey breakfast especially if you only want a "continental" breakfast and don't have much time.
“Another lovely stay at Lutetia”
We love Lutetia and stay there every time we are in Paris. This time when we first arrived we had been put in a room that was on the street side (which most guests prefer). We asked if we could be moved to the quiet back side of the hotel. We had stayed there before. Grace at the front desk consulted their records and on our second day they swiftly moved us to the very same room we'd so enjoyed the last time. On the morning we were meant to check out, our flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Irene. They extended us for an extra 4 days until we could fly home. As always, throughout our stay, everyone has been pleasant and most accommodating. One piece of constructive criticism is that the fitness room needs some work. It is laughably small and not well equipped: it, has very few free weights (a single set of adjustable hand barbells which max out at 9 kg each!) and very few machines. Even if they didn't expand the physical space, it could easily be better equipped if they asked a fitness consultant to advise them (It is also too hot due to air conditioning not functioning very well, if at all.)
“The great we booked in our tour trip”
Great location, very nice place around the hotel. Personal was very kind and helpfull. In general evething was good.
“The rooms are a little bit old so you can smell the dust”
Thomas the night concierge was really nice took care of all our needs and booked tickets for us well.
“Great value and location”
Prior to our trip, I did a lot of research. Because of the location and classic Parisian style, Hotel Lutetia is a great choice. The hotel interior is beautiful (Art Deco), and clean and well maintained. There are cafes and shopping located all around, and if the weather is great (like it was when we were there) and you have good legs, you can walk to nearly every central Paris place of interest. If you don't want to walk, a Metro stop is located right across the street. There's a great market on Boulevard Raspail on Sunday mornings. Just walk out the front door, turn left and walk about two blocks. You can spend less or a lot more for a hotel in Paris, but the Lutetia is a great value and the location was perfect for us.
“"A VERY SPECIAL VISIT"”
We received a warm and kind reception upon arrival at 7am on a Sunday morning. They allowed us to check in about 8 hours early which was greatly appreciated. The Saff is first class (Jean-Luc is the best!) and they took care of your every desire or concern with great care. Jean-Luc planned our entire two day trip to Normandy including train tickets , tour, taxi, and hotel accomodations. The Hotel is beautiful and grand but the rooms need some TLC. I believe that some have been remodeled but we did not receive one. However, they were clean and very roomy for a European hotel and the price we received for a March stay was very reasonable.

“Perfect Location”
This was our first time in Paris. We loved the location and the hotel itself was fabulous. On the nights when we were too tired to venture out, we enjoyed listening to the jazz trios in the hotel lounge. The martinis were a little pricey, but we didn't mind. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was outstanding! Room service was great and we had a nice little suite on the 7th floor with a peek-a-boo view of the Eiffel Tower. The suite had two little balconies where I was able to sit outside and enjoy a cigar. We loved the great location where we could walk to everything. We would definitely stay there again.
“not impressed”
need to be refurbished;shows its age.Rooms clean but feel old.Asa positive WIFI all across the hotel the restaurant has amazing seafood (plateau de fruits de mer)
“Would go back again”
The staff was very helpful at this hotel not only while checking in, but answering any questions that we may have about the underground or any restaurants in the area. The room was ample enough for the three of us and it was nice to have a turn down service every night. At times, you could hear people in the other room. The staff never disturbed you unless it was necessary. The location of the hotel could not make it any easier to get around in Paris.
