The hotel was fine. Nothing to write home about. Good location. Free breakfast was not impressive.

Within walking distance to tons of tourist things

Posted Nov 17, 2014
I stayed here for 5 days. Walked all over seattle & loved that hotel was close to all things. Heater/air conditioner was loud & kicked in frequently. Loved having microwave & fridge in room.

Comfy, spotless, inexpensive, and free Brkfst

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Location, price, room size, free breakfast.
Cons: missed heavier blanket for a chilly night - didn't know. Well, for the price this is a great place. And clean.
Location: Walk quickly to great places: Space needle and surroundings, Palace Kitchen, Bambino's Pizza, Zeeks Pizza, Top Pot donuts, Whole Foods, Serious Pie,
Very nice retro Best Western. Good place/inexpensive and well maintained. Decent continental breakfast too. Parking is only $10 + tax

The beds themselves were very comfortable, but the room was quite small and cramped, there was only a sheet used as the comforter on the bed (rather chilly), and a sign to please "Reuse your towels." Who does that?

Small room, terrible bed

Posted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Location. If all you are interested in is a roof over your head, a place to sleep and free minimal breakfast then this is a bargain, but that's all
Not only was the room tiny, the bed was not comfortable and the heater/air conditioner was terribly noisy. While the rate was inexpensive, I would not stay there again. It is an older hotel and a bit run down.

Good expeience

For a hotel where we only needed the basics, it was wonderful! We showed up a couple hours early, and they happily allowed us to check in before the actual check in time. Parking was only $10 (I'm used to paying $25-30) and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hot tub is open 24 hours (which was SO nice) and te location is perfect! Close to the space needle and pike market. We were able to walk everywhere within a few minutes.

Decent Hotel, Decent Location

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Price/location was okay
Cons: Cleaner facilities, free parking for guests
It's always a bummer to have to pay to park at a hotel, but I guess that's what happens when you stay in the city. For the price, it was an okay location with an easy cab ride to the more popular areas of Seattle. We didn't spend much time at the hotel so it wasn't a big deal to us whether or not we had a super nice play to stay. There was a lot of garbage/litter around the outside of the hotel. The rooms were fine, but the bed certainly wasn't the most comfortable thing we've ever slept on, not to mention the bedding was very minimal. Oh, and the eggs at the continental breakfast were disgusting.

I'd stay again.

Pros: The spa and the comfy bed.
Cons: The shower in the spa, meat for breakfast.
Location: Close to Seattle Center and I-5
The hotel definitely looks nicer online in the photos. It is an older building but overall in good condition. The room did smell musty but there was no source of where that smell was coming from. The bed was very comfortable and most importantly the room was clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room which is always nice. The whole reason that we chose to stay here was for the spa and it did not disappoint. It was clean, spacious and felt so good to sit in at the end of the day. Best of all it is open 24hrs. The shower in the spa room did not work, but other then that it was great! The breakfast that served was great, there was good options and I was pleased. They could add some meat in there for those of us that are lo-carb. We stayed with our two young boys and felt safe in the area that it located. I did not see any homeless people and we were right on a main road that easily took us to I-5. I would recommend and definitely would stay again, especially for that spa and the comfy clean bed!

Nice hotel within walking distance to attractions

Walked to pike market and space needle. Taxi fare from Seattle airport was around $50 though. Extremely friendly staff.
