Convenient Location from Seattle University

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: The check in experience was very easy, the check out too. The breakfast was actually pretty good:).
Cons: Fix the equipment in the exercise room please!!
Location: Convenient to The Space Needle and Pike Place Market, and Seattle University.
My family and I stayed here for the weekend to take my son to college at Seattle University. It was convenient. Juli (not sure of her name) was very pleasant and accommodating upon our late check in on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014. Juli at front desk worked the graveyard shift and I would like to commend her for outstanding service. The only two things that need attention are the water pressure in our bathroom and the gym equipment. The sink and shower faucets had very low pressure. It took us longer than normal in the bathroom. Being that we were only at your hotel for a few days, we dealt with it. As far as the exercise room, the eliptical machines do not work properly:(. Please have someone fix them! We will be back to visit my son and plan to stay at this Best Western. Please fix the water pressure in our room as well as the eliptical machines.

Economical Hotel but Lacking in the Breakfast Area

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: The cost.
Cons: A more organized breakfast.
Location: Near the Space Needle
The hotel was okay, the room was relative small but the bed was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend being out after 11:00 P.M walking the streets. The breakfast, which had "eggs" as pointed out at the front desk when checking in, didn't have any breakfast meat or hash-browns and while they had waffles, they only option was syrup. Finding a place to put down a breakfast plate while getting breakfast together proved difficult.

Great hotel for the price near Downtown Seattle

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Location, space, clean, comfortable
Location: Within a few miles of all downtown Seattle sites
The hotel staff was friendly and worked with me to get checked into my room early after getting off the cruise ship. The rooms were clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was beyond my expectations of fruit and pastries - hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, make your own waffles, warm oatmeal, etc....

Comfy hotel. Great value.

Location: Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Our favorites were Hurricane Cafe and Lunchbox Laboratory. Easy walk to the Space Needle too.
Stayed here for a convention we attended downtown. The half mile walk to the convention center wasn't too bad unless it was rainy or drizzly. In those cases, a Lyft or Uber ride was only about $4-$5 for both my husband and myself. The daily breakfast was pretty good, I just wish they'd had eggs more than one out of five mornings we were there. Overall it was a nice selection, though. There are several great restaurants in the area. Hurricane Cafe right across the alley was amazing and had great drinks in addition to their great food. We also ordered pizza and it was nice to have the fridge and microwave in our room for leftovers.

Good Location, A Bit Dated, But Worked For Us

Posted Sep 8, 2014
The front desk staff allowed us to check in early, which was great because our toddler was ready for a nap at 3PM that day. Location is really good and closer enough to Space needle (and monorail) to walk. Facilities are a bit dated, but I think all in all it was well worth the price to stay here.

Comfy Hotel close to Downtown Seattle

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable bed... good location
Cons: service staff needs to be retrained that they are in the customer service business.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Location: Space Needle in walking distance. Good local fair in walking distance... only about 20 minutes walking distance from Pikes Place and the water front
While the room was nice... The air conditioning was not working. The staff at the front desk was rude at best ... If you are looking for a nice bed, this hotel is it. If you are looking for decent location... this is it.... If you are looking for any positive customer service - STAY AWAY
