“Worst food I have ever had at any all inclusive, inedible. Fridge was broken and I needed it to store medication, room smelt like sewage, hammock for our room had a huge hole so we could not use. But the worst was the lunch and dinner and late night snack tacos did not even resemble tacos. I was so disappoint as we paid $1300 Canadian dollars for two nights. I spoke with the front desk about fridge and smell first evening and again in the morning, nothing was fixed and nobody checked……

“Property was OK, check-in took a miserable 40 minutes while two people took care of a group of 20 people who arrived just before us. The room was basic, with a toilet that constantly ran and not enough towels. Food was acceptable, mixed drinks less so. August is seaweed season, so the beach really wasn’t swimmable – fortunately I had read that in someone else’s review and was prepared. We used it as a jumping off spot to Xcaret and then moved on.
