“Good”

“El lugar es ideal para llegar y descansar. El personal es muy amable un día no tuvimos agua caliente y lo resolvieron de inmediato es muy céntrico y aunque lo tienen lugar de estacionamiento me preocupaba pagar parquímetro sin embargo la zona es libre de parquímetro y se puede dejar en la calle ya que la propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento pero el horario es muy limitado. El desayuno es sencillo y repetitivo pero fue perfecto para nosotros ya que todo el tiempo estuvimos haciendo actividades……

“The staff were generally friendly, but there weren’t enough of them. Many times, stations were understaffed or not staffed at all. The pools were not very clean and were too warm for my taste, although my son didn’t mind. The beach is beautiful and spacious. We visited during seaweed season, which was disappointing. They do try to clean it, but it’s a Sisyphean task—it’s very hard to keep up. The food was very mediocre, including at the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was better, but……

“Rooms are super small no privacy because there is another room next with a door In between that you can hear everything we could be hearing there conversation from the other room also on the second floor there is a club with live music that the noise is super loud Also our room had a bad smell like sewer Like drainage nasty smell we told them they fixed it but on the hall way the smell continued ”

“Stayed 3 nights. Some staff like Adilene and Richard and the rest of the Bar/ Restaurant staff were helpful, but overall this raised serious safety concerns. On our final night, the in-room safe malfunctioned with multiple passports (including children’s) and legal documents inside. We were told no one could assist until morning, leaving us without access before a scheduled flight. The safes appeared non-functional (likely dead batteries), and instead of a controlled process, the front desk……

“Bait and switch! This place is nothing but an old broken down hostel pretending to be a hotel. They advertise private beach and private beach bar that doesn’t exist they are blocks away from the beach. They advertise breakfast included it’s not even a full continental at sweet bread and coffee and what used to be the communal kitchen. The gaps on the doors and the windows do not keep pests out and do not keep air-conditioning in. We booked the room for four people we were given no soap and two……
