"I had a very enjoyable stay. I was there for a fraternal conference and the staff was most accomodating. I had a minor issue with a burnt out bulb in my room and the staff handled it very quickly. The room, for the value, was more tba than spacious! I can only imagine what the suites are like. If I ever stay at Wisconsin Rapids again, this would be my go to property. Even the hotel bar/restaurant was great! Definitely would recommend! "

"My key didn't work initially. I went beck to reception and was told to jiggle the door. It still didn't work so they put me in another room. Granted it's not a five-star hotel but it had a TV, it had a makeshift fireplace, and a cabinet. It had a nice desk/table, mini refrigerator, microwave. "The desk was a kiosk with two way video of a remote manager. Chevking in was a bit of a process because the card trader and keypad were inop. The room was tidy and clean.
