“整体不错 但还是要第一时间提示没有卫生间”

“We had a pretty good stay. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and we couldn’t even sit on the balcony we paid extra for because of it and the one next door (balconies are attached). Also our room was not stocked after cleaning, no toilet paper or coffee cups. We also saw a mouse on the main floor on the day we were leaving. The positives were the waterpark for kids however I thought Tuesday’s were “cheap night” but was the same price. The smores were hit with the kids.”

“Indoor and outdoor pools were a nice option. Late check out was a nice option. Could be a nicer place if better managed. Bartender at outside pool insinuated that my daughter was lying about the flat soda she had received. Electrical outlet in room was shorting out and when front desk was informed they said someone would come and inspect and they never showed up. Stayed for a local annual event offsite. May consider staying at a different location next year.”

“I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and……

“It’s like a motel, dark rooms, dated facilities, premium prices at the time of graduation dates. Not a good experience”

“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”
