“Resort was clean and most staff was friendly and helpful. Our maid was amazing. Food was lacking and the buffet was poorly stocked no matter what time we ate. ”

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……

My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly……

“Room was clean but overall in worn out condition. We had members in our party with broken AC units and no hot water. Some staff were great, others were not. They did eventually sort the repair problems in the rooms, but it was a hassle to get the staff to take our concerns seriously. Skip the work out buildings/rooms by going with preferred rooms. Don’t get caught up in the membership pitch they hound you with at check-in. The spa was amazing and absolutely worth the extra money! Good at the……

“Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms……
