“The location itself was stunning. The grounds are maintained well and the beach was very clean. The food served at both the buffets were surprisingly good (except for the deserts). The cocktails were not made well. Our air conditioner in our room only worked on low and wouldn’t get the room colder than 25 Celsius which is better than nothing considering the heat. The nightclub room wasn’t open every night and the air conditioning in there was working well either. The bar in the nightclub was not……

“The rooms are old and not clean. The sliding doors barely work. The property is worn down and needs a lot of work. We didn’t have hot water for three days and they could have cared less. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for. ”

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……
