“This is a really cute hotel. It is right in the center of Rincon and a few minutes drive to Steps beach. The room was perfect for the two of us. There is a restaurant/bar next door and we stayed on a Friday night, but the building must be well insulated because I heard nothing after I went to bed and that was at about 10 pm, so I am sure they were open a few hours after that. I would definitely stay here again if ever I am back in Rincon!”

“This is a no flush property which wasn’t a problem for us however the AC kept leaking on the floor and the tv turns on but in the of watching it it freezes and moves slow we finally said forget it and used our phones but overall very clean and was good enough for the purpose of our stay”

“We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. “honestly, we were pretty disappointed. Based on the photos, we expected a nice relaxing outdoor tub, but it was just a large, dirty space with no real function—definitely not a jacuzzi or soaking tub as advertised. The showering sucked. I wish they had a regular one inside the bathroom. The WiFi was trash and I used a lot of my own personal hotspot. We feel like we made the wrong choice, and I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“This is right across the street from Seven Seas Beach and next door to Costa Mia restaurant, with the proper Puerto Rican experience of hearing a few coquis at night and seeing the wild chickens wandering into the yard. “This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”
