"Check in was easy. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. Gave us restaurant suggestions that ended up being great places. Room was nice. The only thing was in the shower. The water didn't stay consistent. It would go real hot or real cold for about 30 seconds. We would stay here again."

"The property was great. Location and roominess was good. The only problem was that the dishwasher didn’t work and wasn’t told that when booking the reservation. Only found out when we called for maintenance to come repair it. It was loaded and ready to turn on and wouldn’t come on. Also need to replace the knives in the kitchen. Very dull and dangerous when trying to cut something with them"

"The cabin is as cute as in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is great. It was our first time in Ruidoso and we loved it. The only negative feedback I would give is the toilet placement in the bathroom."

"The cabin was really clean, although the disinfectant smell was a bit overwhelming at first. The kitchen is well stocked for basic meal prep. The cabin is at the end of the street so was quiet, but it is still close enough to the main road so there is some traffic noise while sitting outside. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I'm in the Ruidoso area!"

"It’s a nice place! I enjoyed all the windows in the living room. East, south and West windows. Enjoyed looking at the River to the east of the living room. Kitchen table and kitchen window have a nice view as well."

"This was our first family vacation ever, and I know that puts alot of pressure on the situation, but this place more than delivered on amazing!! We spent alot of time on both porches, admiring the spectacular views. It was beautiful. There were deer on the property that my kids had never seen, and that alone, made them so happy. It was very clean, clear labels in multiple places that answered many questions so we didnt need to bother the owner too much, and when we did have questions she was...
