"I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in the hallway. I also found insects on the floor. I chose this hotel because of its unusually high ratings, but my actual experience was completely different. I strongly advise other travelers to read the reviews carefully before booking to avoid the same disappointment."

"The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience."

"The AC system is way too loud, which decreased the sleeping quality. The room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit outdated."
