"We come here because of the proximity to USF, my daughter plays the piano and she competes here during the state competition every year at USF, we've been to this hotel twice and we like it, free breakfast, rooms are big, with a living room space which can sleep another adult, microwave and small kitchen area, my daughter's keyboard fit in a small table near it, the king bed however is a smaller king bed, pillows are so soft your head sinks on it, again no place is perfect except your own."

"The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tampa city center and has a. very quiet and limited surrounding but it's price is very reasonable and it's clean and the rooms are great. Staying there saved us money and provided us a quiet escape from the city. "
