“The Hampton Inn on St. Charles Avenue is very clean; has great service; is located on the streetcar route; rooms are spacious; and it is located in the beautiful Garden Strict, and Superior Grill is 10 feet from the hotel property. There’s also a Fresh Market very close to the hotel. We love this hotel!”

“Staying at this property was amazing. It was located in a great area. I was able to check in early without any issues or delays. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Parking was good and in the chosen area which was on the 1st floor as requested. The bed was very soft and comfortable.”

“The staff was exceptional. They immediately identified how they could assist with our trip such as booking dinner reservations. Parking was incredibly close and easy to access as well as secure.”

“The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious, the beds, sheets, and all that were fine. But the room had a strong musty smell. Also, the floor of the bathroom was not clean, so that when we stepped in the shower, our feet were black. The staff was nice, and seemed concerned, but the standard needs to be improved.”

“Very clean and cute. My only complaint is there is no microwave in the room but they will warm it down stairs. And my other complaint is there is no daily room service. Other than that it was a great stay. The location is a little questionable but it ended up being really quiet”

“I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar ”

“Great stay. I have been to New Orleans countless times. Have stayed in so many different hotels throughout Quarter and near the casino downtown. Had my favorites where I would continue to go back. Never stayed in Garden District. The hotel requires a taxi/Uber to get to the Quarter (though I'm from NYC and walked it a couple of times). The hotel was in great condition. Well maintained. Lobby is really nice. They have a great bar and they food is available by the pool or bar. The pool is a……

“A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!”
