“Our “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room, at least at one point. It smelled awful and they said they couldn’t change us bc all of the non-smoking rooms were taken. Woke up with a sinus headache from whatever fumes were still in the room.”

“First off, check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told our room would be ready soon so we brought all of our luggage in and waited in the lobby. 4pm came and went, and after asking multiple times when our room would be ready, we kept getting the same reply, just a few minutes, they're still cleaning the room. Finally we were able to check-in at 4:25pm, almost a half hour after our check-in time, and wasting over an hour sitting in the lobby. We weren't the only ones either, there were……

“Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. Had to walk down and she said she would send someone up with one. Ok….. TOOK 30……

“Just stayed 3 nights for a quick family vacation. We loved the family suite with 2 queens beds, a bunk bed, and the pull out couch. The room was so spacious. The location is great 15 minutes from multiple beaches including Silver Beach, Lion Park Beach, and Warren Dunes. We visited all three and loved different things about each. It’s not luxury but a great family hotel.”

“Very clean, great staff interactions. However, for the price we paid to stay, breakfast was a disappointment. Cereal and bagels didn't quite cut it. Otherwise it was a nice stay, a little over priced.”

“Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were……
