The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.”

“Cabin was great, but the pull out couch mattress was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on, in addition to the fact that it was completely missing the sheets and no one from the office picked up our calls when we realized it. Overall, everything else was ok and clean.”

“I called the front desk as soon as I booked the condo on Expedia and the front desk lady promised to put us in a condo close to the amenities but as soon as we came to check in they gave us a condo unit that wasn’t that close like originally promised over the phone. It was old and outdated and we had 4 children with us and 2 set of adults and only 1 king and 1 queen and 2 set of twin beds on two separate floors - which was highly inconvenient since all 4 girls wanted to sleep in one room. “We had an excellent overall experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service we received at the front desk on 02/28 around 9pm. The young lady who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness……

“Rooms are dated and definitely need upgrades. They were cleanish but very congested. Lobby was in a bad condition. There is absolutely no service provided of any kind. Just a small room with ice and a vending machine. There was no water provided either. For the price, it’s not worth it in my opinion. ”

Unfortunately, the hotel is located behind a food service establishment with dumpsters that have either not been picked up or not been cleaned in a while, and the foul smell in the parking lot was just about unbearable. ”

“I’ll not recommend people to stay at this place the staff are not honest I did book no smoking room when I get there they give me smoking room when I ask to change it they convinced me that the room I got is not smoking room I even told them there is ashtray in the they did care to change it I stayed there for one night because it was late but I couldn’t stand for smelling in room the next morning I did check out. The room was not clean ”
