“We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. ”

“This was our second time staying at The Monterey, and we were in town for a concert. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with anything that we needed, and the property was in great condition! Our room was nice and clean when we walked in after a long travel day and was the perfect place to relax. The bar was great, and the parking was relatively easy. I have a large SUV (Ford Explorer), and the parking spaces were a bit tight, but if you have a smaller car than that you’ll have no issues……

“We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. While we were given a free room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn, it was still a disappointing experience after a long flight. ”

“Great customer service, clean Hotel, there was a high pitched squealing coming from the toilet as the water was filling up but then it went off once it was full, definitely a plumbing issue. Love there fresh warm cookies upon checking in. I’ve stayed there several times and will continue to stay there. ”
